Kimberly's Biography

• For years, Kimberly has helped women of all ages work through "stuff" to reach their God-given plans. She specializes in guiding women with the identification of negative thoughts and behaviors which play a critical role in personal and spiritual growth. Those negative thoughts can be gradually resolved with the help of a Personal Life Coach.
• She is the Founder of Olive Branch Outreach, an outreach ministry that addresses body image and eating disorders.
• Kimberly was featured on the Fall 2008 Focus on the Family® audio CD as part of their Focus On Your Child® ministry dedicated to helping parents raise healthy, confident and well-adjusted children; and featured on Dr. Bill Maier's Weekend Magazine (Sept, 2008). Kimberly was also featured in April, 2008 on Dr. Freda V. Crew's Time for Hope, a weekly faith-based mental health talk television show designed to help people find hope and meaning in their lives.
• Kimberly is a women's conference and retreat speaker (see "topics").
• As a writer, her articles have appeared in two dozen magazines. She is a contributing author to the books Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul, Forever His, Wounded By Words, and The One Year Life Devotional.

• She is a Guest Instructor at Western Seminary on the subject of Eating Disorders and Body Image.
• Kimberly is a volunteer with ARMS (Abuse Recovery Ministry Services), with Prison Fellowship and with Clackamas Womens Services in Youth Services Outreach..
• She works with youth girls in her local church and community around issues such as body image, self-acceptance and eating disorders.

• Masters of Arts: Specialized Ministry (Pastoral Care to Women), from Western Seminary, Portland, Oregon.
• Certificates of Course Completion in Professional Life Coaching 101 & 201 through the AACC (American Assoc. of Christian Counelors).
• Completed: Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocacy training through Clackamas Women's Services, Portland, Oregon.
• Biblical counseling certificate in Caring For Teens God's Way through the AACC.
• Completed: Attachments: Why You Love, Feel & Act The Way You Do through the AACC.
• Kimberly earned a BA degree from Univ. of Iowa in Health Sciences and Nutrition.
• Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Kimberly has lived in Iowa, New York, London, outside Chicago, and Los Angeles.
• Today Kimberly lives outside of Portland, Oregon on a small ranch with her husband and many critters.
