The Apostle Paul confessed, "I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate I do. I have the desire to carry out good but cannot carry it out" (Rom. 7:15; 18).

Ever feel this way? Maybe everyday! Philosopher and physician, Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do." If we want to understand why we do what we don't want to do, why we think and act negatively, then we must come to the realization we do not understand ourselves as well as we think we do.
